If within 30 days of use, you are not satisfied with the product and would like a refund, contact the Cyrixs Health team by emailing help@CyrixsHealth.com. Our support team will gladly help you out with the refund process.
Upon request of a refund for items, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was initially charged to no later than seven business days after the request. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
If you find you are not satisfied with our products and you are on a monthly subscription, you are responsible for making edits and/or canceling your subscription 14 days before the renewal date. This can be done by logging into My Account or if you have NEVER created an account, Register Here using the same email you placed your order with. Cyrixs Health will not be responsible for refunding subscription renewals, which have not been edited or canceled within the allotted time frame.

FAQ: Shipping & Returns
Cyrixs Health does not have the ability to accept returned products. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please see our policy regarding product refunds above. Refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We encourage all of our customers to try our products first before purchasing them in bulk. We are also very happy to provide additional cost savings to our loyal customers who enjoy our products. Due to our 30-day refund policy, any bulk orders of 3, 6, or 12-month products will only be eligible for a refund up to 1 month supply of that specific product.
We are happy to provide an exchange for any product in which you did not enjoy the flavor. We can offer an alternate flavor and/or a different product of equal or lesser value.
Within minutes of placing your order, someone from the Cyrixs Health team may be picking and packing your order. In order to change or cancel your order, you must do so before it ships.
Cyrixs Health is not responsible for the delivery of your orders once the courier (USPS or UPS) takes possession of the items. Should this problem occur, you will need to file a claim with the courier.
Cyrixs Health is not responsible for packages with incorrect products and/or addresses. Cyrixs Health will not cover reorder or re-shipping costs for incorrect address entry on orders or incorrect products purchased.
You are responsible for discussing any supplement use with your medical provider prior to placing an order with us. Cyrixs Health will not refund for supplements that your doctor advises against using after the product has already been purchased. It would be best to consult with your primary care provider before placing any order to avoid such concerns.
If you notice an issue with your order, please report it at 1-714-786-5840 or email help@CyrixsHealth.com within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.
