Return Policy 

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, you're covered by our 100% money-back guarantee (does not cover shipping and handling) for 60 days. Customer support and satisfaction mean everything to us, and we give every customer's concerns our focused attention. We trust our customers to be truthful about their experience and situation, making it really easy to process returns in the rare occasion they are necessary. Returning your unused bottles to us is greatly appreciated. If you choose to return your product back to us, we kindly ask that your item be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. If you try the product and decide to return we kindly ask that you include the opened products back in it's original place. Products sent back empty will not be accepted. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are not available for those who are caught reselling our products in their own store, Amazon, Walmart or Ebay. This is a violation of our terms of service and negatively affects legitimate customers who rely on properly trained product specialists to answer any and all questions related to CYRIXS products. 

Refund Instructions 

Please email us at info@cyrixshealth.com to start the refund process. Please send us your order number, what you want to return (how many bottles) and reason why. We will ask any questions if necessary. Once your bottle(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the refund approval or questions if we have any.  

Once refunded, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few business days. If you do not see the credit post within 10 days, please contact us so we can review your refund. 

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect against lost packages as a result of carrier error. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you choose to ship it using your own carrier.
